Copyright policy

SousCircle respects the rights of photographers, writers and publishers, and expects the same of its users. A few things about how the app works:

Takedown requests (DMCA)

If you believe content shared on the Hub infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice with the form below (or have your agent do so). A complete notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) includes: identification of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and the two sworn statements in the form. We review every notice and remove material when the notice is valid. Repeat infringers have their sharing privileges or accounts disabled.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same form (say so in the details field).

The two statements below are required for copyright notices.
